Refund and cancellation

We at Glamifyy have formulated each product to deliver the best possible results, transparently. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us, and we will take care of everything for you.

We offer refunds and replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong shipment.
  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received an expired product.

In any of the above cases, please raise a return or replacement request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. To raise a return or refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at contact@glamifyy.in.

No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 7 days from the time of delivery of the product.

Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick up the order from your doorstep.

Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review it. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24 hours.
